About the role

Become a key member of the KS FIRE & SAFETY ENGINEERING SDN BHD team as a Senior Maintenance Technician. In this full‑time position based in Penang, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of fire protection systems across our clients' facilities. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of fire safety.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of a variety of fire protection equipment, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting
• Identifying and addressing any defects or issues with fire safety systems in a timely manner
• Liaising with clients to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
• Maintaining detailed records of all fire system inspections and maintenance work
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients on the proper use and care of fire safety equipment
• Staying up‑to‑date with the latest fire safety regulations and best practices
• Collaborating with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and enhancements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a fire maintenance technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and their maintenance procedures
