Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor is looking for a skilled technician with at least 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. The role involves performing maintenance on equipment and vehicles, coordinating repairs, and assisting in production and logistics operations. Job description

Machining, Coating, and Logistics Operations

Perform day-to-day execution of the Machining Ops, Coating Ops, and Logistics Ops work processes, including:

• Maintenance of machinery, equipment, vehicles, etc.

Facilities Maintenance Operations

Perform day-to-day execution of facilities maintenance operations, including:

• Maintenance and upkeep of office building including but not limited to security guard house, worker’s hostel, machines, tools, equipment, etc.;
• Work with vendors/contractors to carry out the maintenance/repairs works for facilities/machines and equipment;
• Work with vendors/contractors to coordinate for the installations/maintenance/servicing/repair works for the office facilities, machines and equipment, etc.;
• Manage and ensure all our office facilities, machines and equipment, etc. are in compliance with legal requirements.

Production and Logistics Support

Provide support for day-to-day production & logistic work processes, including:

• Assist in assembly, packing, loading/unloading of goods.
• Operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experiences in maintenance of machines, troubleshooting and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge in field of Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic system, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system will be an advantage.
• Able to work under minimum supervision, independent and pro‑active.
• 5.5-day working week.
