As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence in the region. Your expertise will directly impact on our commercial business, ensuring timely deliveries, optimized inventory levels, and exceptional customer satisfaction - upholding our reputation for reliability and quality.

What you will do
  • Manage the end-to-end ordering process, monitor order status, and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Lead and optimize 4PL management processes, including kit management to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure on-time delivery by reviewing and validating shipping documents, providing customers with required documents promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to freight, customs, and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock availability.
What you will need
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in 3PL management within multinational commercial environments
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong data processing and analytical skills
  • Proven records in stakeholder management
Preferred:
  • Experience in medical device logistics
