Ensure accuracy in delivery schedules and resolve any delays promptly.
Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and third‑party logistics providers.
Confirm shipment details and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Analyze logistics data to forecast demand and calculate costs.
Prepare reports to identify efficiency improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
Ensure all shipments meet regulatory requirements (customs, certifications, food/pharma standards).
Maintain accurate records for audits and customs clearance.
Coordinate supplier deliveries of raw materials and accessories.
Manage material flow from warehouse to production (weighing, mixing, packaging).
Ensure accessories are staged near production lines and packaging integrity is maintained.
Oversee finished product packaging and labeling for traceability and compliance.
Plan container and truck loading for weight distribution, stacking stability, and ventilation.
