In line with the business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill up the vacancy of Senior/Junior Software Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software for semiconductor equipment, including control systems, user interfaces, and data processing modules.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as C# & C++, following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineers to integrate software with machine components and ensure seamless operation.
- Support the testing and debugging of software systems, identifying and resolving issues to improve functionality and performance.
- Participate in the development of graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for machine operation, monitoring, and diagnostics.
- Document software designs, changes, and test results for future reference and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of software specifications, requirements, and user manuals.
- Support all related manufacturing department on product’s software engineering issues.
- Handle product modification based on customer request.
- Prepare report or documentation on daily activity/project/task.
- Provide advices to related department or staff on all software related issues.
- Propose and improve machine operation functionality and setup method.
- Ensure software designs SOP & documentation comply with ISO standards.
- Other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information System/Electrical & Electronic/Mechatronic/Robotic or equivalent.
- Candidate with Programming experience in Semiconductor/Automation industry is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates / Junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate who likes both software & hardware.
- Preferably candidates with knowledge in networking, database or vision system.
- Familiar with motion and IO control.
- Good analytical & programming skill.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel local/outstation if necessary.
