Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across various technical roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the IT industry, recruitment best practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and professional communities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future IT hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, reports, and analytics.
  • Keep up with IT industry trends, talent market intelligence, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality IT professionals.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or technical recruiter, preferably within Technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Job Portals is a must.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
