Job description

Assist the IT Manager in the IT software support and operation functions of the Management Corporation, including Intsoft ProMIS (Property Management), ProAccwin (Property Accounting), and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager in software support and operation functions.
• Collaborate with the Group IT team to perform software and hardware support, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for systems configuration, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding system support, troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and sourcing.
• Report IT irregularities and provide options, alternatives, and solutions.
• Continuously seek improvements in workflow, efficiency, IT quality, and innovation, focusing on cost‑effective methods.
• Identify and initiate improvement actions on software issues.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT software support.
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, result‑oriented, and capable of a global approach to software management.
• Knowledge in software research, implementation, end‑user training, management, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Intsoft ProMIS and ProAccwin software.
