As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will help shape impactful brand moments across multiple channels, from in-store activations to digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and engage communities. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital, and community channels.
- Coordinate marketing activities between internal teams (E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Wholesale) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and manage campaign timelines, marketing assets, and budget allocations to ensure efficient rollouts.
- Execute local marketing initiatives including grassroots and community events, athlete or ambassador activations, and in-store campaigns.
- Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity are consistently applied across all marketing touchpoints.
- Liaise with partners, malls, media, and community groups to support marketing activations and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing content that reflects the brand’s positioning.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategy.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the fashion lifestyle or retail industry.
- Good understanding of brand marketing, with hands‑on experience supporting campaign execution across online and offline channels.
- Ability to analyse basic sales and marketing data to draw simple insights and support campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus as need to liaise with China business & supplier.
- Creative, proactive, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in and familiarity with industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior within the jewellery lifestyle and fashion space.
