Job summary

A technology solutions company in Malaysia is looking for an R&D IoT & Cybersecurity Engineer to provide technical support for IoT functions in air conditioning units. Responsibilities include assisting with IoT development, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity during product development, and troubleshooting IoT systems. A degree in IT or Engineering is required. Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Engineering related to IoT, Computer Engineering, E&E Engineering, Computer Science, or Information System.

Responsibilities

• Support IoT development team for new product evaluation.
• Support Regulation team for Cybersecurity Compliance evaluation.
• Help to process new development related documentation.
• Provide technical support for market technical inquiries.
• Follow up after-sales technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
• Liaise with customers and vendors for product-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze the health status of IoT systems.
