The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation. Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the department head with human resource management tasks, primarily including compensation (Individual Income Tax Declaration), performance, training, and labor relations.
  • Handle, supervise, and coordinate the procedures for employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other related tasks.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documents when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
