Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and employee induction arrangements.
  • Handle employee conflicts, conduct internal investigations, and recommend appropriate corrective and improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, monitor legal updates, and advise on policy revisions.
  • Drive employee engagement, employee relations, and overall employee satisfaction to foster a positive and supportive company culture.
  • Oversee new hire orientation, conduct training needs analysis, and coordinate employee development and training programs.
  • Prepare HR and administrative documentation, and maintain accurate and complete employee records and files.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events such as Team Bonding Day and other employee activities.
  • Handle other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience or experience in a similar role; outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong and well-rounded knowledge of human resources, including HR principles, practical operations, and employment law.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia;
