- Stakeholders Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact for all mobility- related matters.
- Serve as HR advisor to call center management on Industrial Relations (IR), employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead employee relations efforts to handle grievances and disciplinary matters fairly, aligned with legal standards and company policies.
- Ensure labor law compliance, maintaining HR practices that meet regulatory standards.
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
- Strong planning, organizational and follow up skills
- At least 5-8 years of HR working experience
- Must be organized with strong interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills; deals with conflict effectively
- Must be a strong multi-tasker, coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) across all hierarchical and functional levels
- Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia are required
- Possesses own transport as required to travel between TP sites occasionally
