Act as the Senior HR Manager providing HR support to the client group Business Leaders and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Has knowledge of best practices and how HR integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

GE Aerospace Engine Services Malaysia (GEESM) in Subang plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and performance of aviation fleets every day. Established as a Center of Excellence for CFM56 engines, GEESM has grown into a key hub of our global operations. It now services commercial aircraft engines, components, and accessories.

Employing more than 700 highly skilled local professionals and providing MRO services to more than 50 airlines worldwide, GEESM continues to exceed our customers’ expectations. With our technical expertise and pioneering spirit, we elevate the flying experience to new heights.

Role Overview
  • Responsible for managing employees from several business units within Malaysia MRO site
  • First point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes
  • Support and coach people leaders on topics such as talent development, recruitment, performance management, organization design and hiring
  • Execute HR policy/strategy
  • Lead complex projects and ensure consensus amongst the team.
  • Use judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems
  • Ability to prioritize information for data analysis and handle sensitive issues
  • Build relationship and key interface with external partners (i.e., government agencies, educational institutions)
Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate is someone who can provides HR support to the client group Business Leaders and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.
Required Qualifications
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent discipline from an accredited university
