A food service company in Selangor is seeking an HR assistant to manage various HR responsibilities including staff onboarding, payroll processing, and recruitment. Candidates should have a diploma in HR Management and at least 2-3 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Access UBS Payroll software is required. Knowledge of the Employment Act and Industrial Relations is essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's HR functions in a supportive environment.
To assist the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
Assists in coordinating staff onboarding activities and offboarding procedures.
Assists in coordinating the performance management process.
Process payroll and ensure meeting the payment deadline of government statutory.
Assist in recruitment and hiring process.
Handle recording of disciplinary and grievance matters, help out in documentation during investigations.
To assist in maintaining company HACCP system (training section).
Help out and/or handle foreign worker affair and well-being.
Coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers including training registration in HRDC portal (submission of grants, follow-up on the approvals, and managing claims/queries)
To perform any additional or ad hoc assignments from the Superior and The Management from time to time.
