Overview

A Singapore-based SME looking for HR & Admin Executive/ Senior Executive to be based in Gelang Patah, Johor. The role requires the incumbent to handle full spectrum of HR and taking care of office facilities.

Responsibilities
  • handle full recruitment process from advertising, screening, selection, offering candidates to onboarding.
  • manage full payroll cycle for headcount less than 50 employees, including liaise with EPF, Socso, LHDN and related government agencies.
  • leave and attendance management
  • organize, coordinate for trainings and manage the HRDC fund.
  • administer employee welfare such as group insurance and medical benefits.
  • handle disciplinary issues and grievances.
  • be the main point of contact for vendors related to company vehicles, upkeeping of office and building facilities (review quotation, verify invoices).
  • manage office supplies such as stationery, toiletries, uniform, snacks and beverages etc.
  • arrange for flight booking, travelling visa, travel insurance for employee who is on overseas assignment.
  • point of contact related to safety and health within the company premises, ensuring licenses are renewed timely.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor Degree or Diploma.
  • Working experience: minimum 5 years in similar capacity.
  • Skills: Payroll software, HRIS, Microsoft Office, Employment Act, OSHA.
  • Language: BM, English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Availability: Able to commence work under short notice or early March 2026.
