Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle including processing applications, assessment, selection, interview, hiring and onboarding.
  • To manage in performance management process e.g monitor staff confirmation, contract renewal tracking, KPI.
  • Connect executives and employees, build an employer brand and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs that align with the company strategic goals and business needs.
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA From and filling of Form E.
  • Familiar with Employment Act & Industrial Relation Act. Setting policies, compensation, retention, training, employees termination, employment laws and workers’ protection.
  • Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation and human resources policies.
  • Accountable for communication, Employee Relations and Welfare matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, SOCSO, insurance, communication and engagement etc. HDCORP submission.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of organization. (employment offer letter, confirmation of employment letter, agreement, warning letter, any related documentation, etc).
  • Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and tracking spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as liaison between employee and related parties such as insurer and government agencies.
  • Responsible for any Company initiatives programs and other ad-hoc request by the Management.
Administration
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the company’s administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Handle office administration, including office maintenance, facilities management, utilities, and supplies.
  • Manage business license renewals, permits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications for government-related matters (e.g., CIDB, HRDF, SOCSO, DOSH, MITI, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of company documents, reports, and filing systems.
  • a) Coordinate company assets, office equipment, and service contracts.
  • b) Support management in implementing organizational initiatives and business processes.
  • c) Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned as and when required by the superior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR and administrative experience (preferably in manufacturing/automation or similar industry).
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in handling office maintenance, licenses, and government-related applications.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (PayrollPanda) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all HR-related matters.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
