Job summary

A human resources firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and managing the recruitment process. Applicants should have at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and 2–3 years of relevant experience, including familiarity with payroll software and HR compliance issues. Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records and HR related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Assist with the full recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, confirmation and resignation procedures.
  • Manage and respond to auditor queries related to HR and Admin.
  • Handle office administration duties, including managing office supplies, maintenance, facilities and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform any other HR or administrative duties and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Human Resources or related functions.
  • Experience with payroll software and government portals (e.g., KWSP, SOCSO, MyTax) will be a strong advantage.
