Senior Hotel & Property Operation Executive
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Hotel & Property Operations Executive to join our growing team at Widebed SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time role, you will take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing all front office, reservations, and day‑to‑day property operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and memorable stay for every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs professionally, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Provide guests with clear information about hotel facilities, house rules, and nearby attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate guest arrival times and ensure rooms are clean and ready before check‑in.
- Perform daily night audits and submit accurate financial and payment reports.
- Inspect rooms prior to deposit refunds to ensure proper condition and cleanliness.
- Collect guest testimonials and encourage 5‑star reviews on Google and OTAs.
- Handle reservations via phone, email, and walk‑ins; update booking details in the PMS.
- Monitor room availability and ensure accurate reservation confirmations.
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts/invoices, and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors for timely replenishment.
- Maintain organized reservation records and prepare daily occupancy and revenue reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office, reservations, or hotel operations role.
- Strong ability to understand guest needs and deliver professional, courteous service.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
- Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (e.g., Agoda YCS, eZee, etc.) and OTA platforms.
- Strong multitasking skills — able to manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations without compromising service quality.
- Strong coordination skills with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
- Ability to promote hotel services, upgrades, and partner experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night audits.
- Hotel pre‑opening experience is an added advantage.
