Job description

Senior Healthcare Nutrition Executive - Kota Bharu

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Building strong relationships with targeted HCPs and display excellent product knowledge by updating them on recent nutrition developments through the dissemination of materials such as brand literatures and scientific studies, leading them to solutions offered for the benefit of patients
• Conducting HCP visits/calls, government and private hospital access, performance indicators and review business plans in line with objectives on a timely basis with the Nutrition Solution Manager
• Managing your assigned territory in Johor which includes HCP visits/calls, government and private hospital access, performance indicators and review business plans in line with company objectives with key stakeholders
• Conducting regular market research to keep updated with market, and on competitor activities including stock level, prices, field strength, and territory coverage with the goal of providing insights to continuously improve our activities
• Demand forecast accuracy based on analysis of past trends and calculation of current trend
• Review activities consistently using reports according to the established format and schedule as assigned by Nutrition Solution Manager
• To organize and/or support events, seminars and activation identified by the company.
• Any ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related science field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship experience in an FMCG company, especially involving nutrition products in medical or healthcare settings, is an added advantage.
• Experience in product promotion, particularly with healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as doctors and nurses, is a plus.
• Passionate about wellness and well-being products, with a strong drive to expand Danone’s offerings to reach as many people as possible.
• A team player with leadership potential, sound decision-making ability, and high integrity.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a motorcar.
• Willing to be based in Kelantan, covering the East Coast region (Kelantan, Pahang, Terengganu).
