As Head Creative Director, you’ll take the lead in bringing our brands to life — overseeing everything from visual identity and campaigns to digital and in-person experiences. You’ll manage a talented team of designers and content creators, partnering with marketing and operations to ensure every touchpoint feels consistent, elevated, and true to our brand ethos.
Brand Leadership
- Define and uphold the creative direction and visual identity for each brand under the group.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business strategy, tone, and positioning.
- Oversee multi-brand coherence across digital, print, social, and on-ground experiences.
- Define and evolve the creative vision and brand identity for each brand under the group.
- Translate brand strategies into inspiring, customer-focused creative concepts.
- Oversee creative development from concept to execution — across design, copy, and content.
- Maintain a strong pulse on creative, digital, and cultural trends to keep storytelling fresh and relevant.
Design & Visual Execution
- Take a hands‑on role in producing high‑quality graphic designs for digital, print, and environmental use when needed.
- Oversee and refine design work produced by the team — ensuring visual excellence, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
- Develop and evolve templates, layouts, and assets that streamline content creation while maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize new visuals, campaign materials, and brand collateral that elevate the overall aesthetic of each brand.
Campaign & Content Oversight
- Conceptualize and direct campaigns across digital, social, and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and videographers to bring brand narratives to life.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, and social content creation.
- Review and approve creative outputs to ensure visual and tonal consistency.
Brand Development & Growth
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems across all brands.
- Lead creative direction for new brand launches, product lines, and campaign rollouts.
- Partner with marketing to develop impactful creative strategies that drive engagement and awareness.
- Manage and mentor an in‑house creative team of designers and content creators.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, ownership, and innovation.
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, brand, and operations teams to align creative direction with business goals.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively across different brands.
- Champion creative excellence and forward‑thinking design approaches.
- Encourage experimentation with new tools, formats, and storytelling methods.

Requirements
- 7+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand‑building, campaign design, and creative direction across digital and physical mediums.
- Deep understanding of aesthetics, trends, and customer psychology.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video, motion, and digital content creation tools.
