About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer cum Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at KUMPULAN BTC BERHAD'. In this full-time role based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand and offerings to our target audience.

What you’ll be doing

• Conceptualising and designing impactful marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital advertisements
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
• Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Providing creative input and solutions to enhance the company’s visual identity
• Assisting with the execution of marketing initiatives, events, and other promotional activities
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record of creating visually compelling marketing materials
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
