The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of relevant experience and be responsible for advising HR teams, managing legal documentation, and overseeing compliance and risk management. This role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders and requires strong negotiation and communication skills within a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience at leading law firms or in-house.
• Experience working across different jurisdictions such as EMEA, UK, North America, Asia, Australia, and Latam.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, commercial legal advice to HR teams.
• Draft and review employment-related documents and agreements.
