• Deliver high accuracy and timeliness for superior client service.
• Monitor team mailboxes and confirmations to address queries promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust operating models.
• Investigate and resolve FX breaks within timelines.
• Share best practices and report control weaknesses.
• Contribute to FX projects with innovative ideas.
