A leading e-commerce company based in Selangor is seeking an experienced professional to manage e-commerce and corporate order fulfilment processes. The ideal candidate will oversee operations to ensure efficient delivery, maintain relationships with partners, and implement process improvements. With at least 5 years of management experience and a strong background in online sales campaigns, applicants will need solid analytical and communication skills. This role involves driving improvements and ensuring team performance within a dynamic environment.
Oversee and manage e-commerce and corporate order fulfilment processes including order administration, dispatch and delivery within agreed SLA for MY;
Establish and maintain strong relationships with system providers, 3PL and last mile partners as point of contact for operational matters to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of all orders;
Ensure inventory data integrity and oversee inventory management which includes inbound / outbound operations, return management and packing supplies;
Troubleshoot and escape issues related to orders, inventory, logistics and system pre and post-delivery by collaborating with internal stakeholders such as customer service, marketing, sales, digital, finance and supply chain teams;
Identify gaps, suggest and implement process improvement initiatives;
Participate in meetings, communicate information from relevant stakeholders to the team and execute action plans accordingly;
Provide input into strategic decisions that affects functional area of responsibility;
Liaise with key departments to implement continuous active improvement on all order, inventory, logistics and system-related matters in achieving smooth workflow, and to provide timely replenishment and action planning for all sales promotions / campaigns;
Utilise online tools and systems to manage databases and present regular reporting;
Establish integrity for work done with complete transparency on processes;
Monitor and plan team capacity, performance, KPIs and provide regular feedback to drive improvements;
Ensure proper workflows and team safety by enforcing strict SOPs and safety measures;
Maintain team wellbeing;
Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
Must have 5 years of experience managing end to end oversee and manage e-commerce and corporate order fulfilment processes.
Must Have 3 years experience of supporting ONLINE sales campaigns, promotions, and peak periods (e.g., major online sales)
Proficiency in online dashboards, reporting tools and google sheet
Analytical skills
Strong sense of accountability, transparency, and integrity
Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proven experience in leadership and managing others.
