Responsibilities

• Convert wireframes, prototypes, and UIUX designs into functional websites.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UIUX designs.
• Mentor junior FE engineers on coding best practices.

Job description

• Ongoing new features for the core AI-enabled predictive talent acquisition and management platform, ensuring scalability for new customers.
• Work with the product and sales teams to roll out customer customisations

Role:

• Turn requirements such as wireframes, prototypes and interactive user interfaces into fully functional websites
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UIUX designs
• 80% hands on Engineering with 20% guide and mentor 2 junior FE engineers on clean, well-structured codes and overall best practices

Team and Culture

• All engineering works are based in Malaysia that serves on a global scale
• This role reports to the Solution Architect while you work alongside the existing domain owners (Tech Lead and Senior Engineers)
• High trust environment, you can work remote, set your own hours etc
• Would suit someone who has worked in a start up /scale up before and has a continuous improvement mindset.

Must-have's:

• Angular 15 and above + RxJs and its various operators
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have's:

• NodeJs / NestJs

Level / Grade:

• You will have more than 4-5 years of Front End Engineering experience
• Open to full stack engineers who are ok to move into a 100% FE role
• You are not expected to have prior leadership experience

Work arrangement / Location

• 95% work from home, 1-2 times a month work from KL office
