Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and cost accounting principles.
• Background in audit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Inventory accounting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, accompanied by insightful analysis and commentary.
• Oversee all costing and inventory operations with rigorous cost analysis.
• Serve as the key point of contact for external parties like auditors and tax agents.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage customer collections.
• Participate in the ongoing implementation and optimization of the ERP system.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and undertake special projects as directed.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Full professional proficiency in Mandarin

Full professional proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia

Education
