Job description

This is a key multi-functional position responsible for managing the company’s finance, payroll, tax, compliance, and administrative operations across multiple entities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll processing and audit readiness, while also overseeing budgeting, claims, invoicing, company events and asset management. The incumbent liaises with auditors, tax agents, clients and internal departments to ensure smooth financial and operational processes. This position provides a comprehensive coverage of both finance and office management responsibilities, making it critical for continuity and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities
  • Ensure accurate double-entry accounting and integrity of General Ledger
  • Maintain and reconcile control accounts (AR, AP, intercompany, etc.)
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing
  • Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, financial analysis, monitor actual performance vs budget and provide timely variance analysis and insights
  • Issue sales invoices and quotations
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up client’s payments
  • Process payments with proper approval and documentation
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform tax provision and support year-end tax computation
  • Prepare documentation and support RBA (Risk-Based Assessment) audits
  • Follow up on audit queries and implement corrective actions, where applicable
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in full set of accounts, multi-company finance, payroll, and admin operations
  • Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting, control accounts, and reconciliations
  • Experience in tax compliance, statutory reporting, and tax provision
  • Familiarity with audit support
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
