Job summary

A financial consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking individuals for their Finance and Account Department. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, preparing financial budgets, financial reports, and reconciling accounts. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day operational matters of the Finance and Account Department.
  • Responsible for General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable being carried smoothly.
  • Manage and prepare full set of accounts.
  • Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with regional work.
  • Prepare financial budget, cash flow forecast, analyses and monthly financial reports to Management.
  • To monitor and prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
  • Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff in all operation matters relating to finance especially in timely collections of audit fees.
  • Liaise with external auditor and Mazars Tax Expertise with regards to annual statutory reporting and tax submission.
  • To assist on ad-hoc work.
