Job summary

A prominent property development company in Johor is seeking a Sales Executive to handle sales enquiries from customers, close sales, and maintain relationships. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in the property development industry. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferable experience with IFCA software. This role requires rotating weekend and public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries from walk/call in customers.
• Close sales, get new leads, follow up with potential customers.
• Monitor sales processes including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentation.
• Monitor and prepare for submission and renewal of AP and DL, including but not limited to other legal documents to respective authorities.
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Assist in the development, production, and distribution of sales/promotional materials.
• Assist and participate in preparation and execution of launches and promotional events, roadshows and exhibitions.
• Conduct market research, keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market prices, and prepare report as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience within the property development industry.
• Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in IFCA software is an added advantage.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays (rotation shift basis).

This position to be based in Pengerang, Johor.
