Job description

Data Hygiene: Clean, validate, and normalize large datasets to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Spreadsheet Mastery: Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.

Statistical Analysis: Interpret trends and patterns using statistical principles such as mean, median, variance, and correlation.

Problem Solving: Detect anomalies, identify trends, and translate raw data into actionable insights.

Data Visualization: Develop impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.

Reporting: Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through written reports and presentations.

Attention to Detail: Ensure meticulous data verification and reporting to uphold integrity in all deliverables.

Advantageous Skills (Preferred but not required)

Data Extraction: Ability to query databases using SQL and leverage tools such as surveys, APIs, or web scraping.

Analytical Tools: Experience with Python (Pandas/NumPy), R, or SPSS for advanced data analysis.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
