Senior Executive, Pricing (Life and Health)

Your primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive support to the Reinsurance and Pricing functions to help achieve the company’s financial objectives.

You'll be responsible for:

To assist the Manager and the HOD in managing reinsurance strategy, negotiation, and administration, including treaty management, statement of accounts and financial reporting processes.

To deliver accurate pricing of products in accordance to best actuarial practice that meet internal, Allianz Regional and regulatory (BNM) standards/ requirement.

To assist in preparing regulatory and regional office product and product documentation filings in high quality and timely manner.

To assist and support other departments/ operations on product pricing related matters, including providing support for product development, testing of product illustration and system maintenance.

To assist in implementation of new regulatory guidelines which includes preparing user requirement/test scopes and performing user acceptance test (UAT).

Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

Important to your success:

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science

Associate or Fellow of recognized actuarial body preferred

Strong technical foundation in Life and Health actuarial pricing and reinsurance management

Proven ability to lead and develop teams in delivering product pricing and reinsurance initiatives

Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts.

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.
