Job description

Senior Executive - Non Performing Loan & Recovery

To assist Section Head and above on recovery strategy planning, internal controls, system enhancement and any operation related matter.

To achieve, maintain and/or further improve team or any collection activities performances by ECAs to achieve collection target set by Management.

To ensure staffs are adhere with company’s internal policies and guidelines as well as Bank Negara and any regulatory requirements.

To review strategies for efficiency and production improvements, as well as makes appropriate recommendations to management.

To supervise the inter unit as operation control.

To present findings from reports / analytics to management and recommend changes.

To identify and suggest possible improvements to existing processes.

To coordinate with vendors and other client organizations for system maintenance / enhancement.

To ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

To perform and supervise administration activities, dividing responsibilities to ensure all staff produce good performance.

To submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

To assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

To monitor team’s ability to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of all processes.

To plan and propose operation improvement plan for the team to enhance its job functions.

To perform any ad-hoc task / matters assigned by Management.

Job requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in collection in general or any related field.
• Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
