Job summary

A well-established technology manufacturer in Johor seeks an HR Manager to establish HR policies, manage recruitment, and oversee HR operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has 3–5 years of HR experience, and is familiar with Malaysian labor laws. This role offers a salary of up to RM 9,000, contributing to a dynamic setup environment. Applicants must be able to operate independently and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Job Description
  • Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for the new plant, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Oversee core HR operations such as payroll coordination, statutory submissions, attendance, employee records, and employee relations.
  • Conduct local salary benchmarking and support the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits structures.
  • Coordinate basic administrative, facilities, and expatriate support matters during the initial setup phase.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to China HQ, ensuring smooth cross‑cultural communication.
Job Requirements
