Senior Executive – HR Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR Transformation to drive strategic HR initiatives that enable organizational change and growth. This position requires at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in HR transformation and company restructuring, with strong capability to partner with leadership and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support HR transformation projects, including organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and process optimization.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth cultural and operational transitions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Review and enhance HR policies, systems, and frameworks for efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage communication and engagement plans during transformation phases.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to inform decision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements throughout transformation processes.
