Job summary

A consulting service provider is seeking a Senior Executive for the Future Skills Framework (FSF) in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves overseeing administrative duties, coordinating meetings, and supporting FSF initiatives. Senior Executive, Future Skills Framework (FSF)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm

Engagement Type: Professional Service (10 months), starting December 2025

Salary Range: RM5,000 – RM5,500 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee essential administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Organise, coordinate, and compile meeting papers for FSF meetings.
  • Provide operational support for FSF recognition and adoption initiatives.
  • Coordinate workstreams with financial institutions, talent development bodies, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support periodic review and updates of the FSF, including content updates, resource improvement, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct surveys and studies to gather insights that inform FSF initiatives.
  • Provide secretariat support for FSF-related activities.
  • Monitor initiative budgets and prepare relevant reports.
  • Ensure compliance with governance requirements for all FSF-related work.
Requirements
  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Background in IT, data analytics, content updating/editing, or research is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of English, including excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with survey platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
