Job summary

A dynamic HR consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Executive to develop and implement HR policies, manage talent acquisition, and oversee office administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience at an Executive level with a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Strong communication skills in Malay and English are essential, along with the ability to work independently. This role is vital for ensuring the efficiency of the HR function in the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5 years or more of relevant experience at an Executive level.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Proven ability to manage talent acquisition and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing and interviews.
  • Coordinate and monitor the HR function across business divisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, improve and implement applicable HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, background checking, hiring and onboarding.
  • Involve in day‑to‑day operations of the HR function.
  • Manage the annual appraisal exercise and update the compensation and reward program.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs as well as relevant legal and compliance requirements.
  • Co‑ordinate and monitor the HR function of the business divisions, including foreign workers related matters.
Administration
  • Manage the office administration function.
  • Serve as the contact point to external support.
  • General administration function of corporate services and affairs related matters.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc function as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years and above) at an Executive level.
  • Good communication of Malay and English, and able to work independently.
