Job summary

A strategic development firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an individual to assist in the planning and execution of strategic visioning and business planning. The candidate should have at least a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years in a related role. Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance management are essential. Responsibilities include preparing performance reports for the Management and participating in national and international forums on SME development.

Job description
  • Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating the overall strategic visioning, including the long-term strategic plan for the Corporation.
  • Provide assistance in coordinating the annual business planning and mid-year review.
  • Assist in preparing the performance management cycle, including developing and monitoring annual corporate and divisional KPIs.
  • Assist to provide performance report and analysis to the Management and the Board.
  • Prepare relevant information, data and presentation for participation in dialogues and forums on SME development at national and international level.
Job Requirements
  • Qualification : At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience : Minimum 4 years related experience in similar capacity
  • Knowledge : Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis and Performance Management
