Job summary

A leading investment bank in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive in Corporate Finance Advisory. The candidate will be responsible for providing corporate advisory services to clients, preparing pitch books, and ensuring proper due diligence before regulatory submissions. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and 3-4 years of experience in Auditing or Corporate Finance are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English are essential for this role.

Senior Executive, Corporate Finance Advisory

Responsible for provision of corporate advisory and related services to client.

Assist to prepare pitch books and mandate.

Provide support to various team members in complementing project management/co-ordination of engagements.

Liaison with external advisors and clients to ensure successful completion of engagements.

Assist to prepare and review concept papers/proposals/presentation papers.

Responsible for ensuring proper due diligence conducted prior to submission to regulatory authorities.

Maintain and enhance close business rapport with client and associates to ensure continuous business support.

Liaise with various parties such as regulators, registrar, lawyer and accountant for processing of submissions for the transactions.

Job Requirements

Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any equivalent.

Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experiences in Auditing or Corporate Finance.

Competent knowledge of Malaysia corporate legislation relevant legal, financial and regulatory requirement applicable to investment bank.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Good analytical skills for problem solving and deals structuring.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
