Job summary

A leading construction group in Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Branding Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining corporate brand guidelines, managing branding materials, and supporting brand-driven communication. This position requires a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in corporate branding and strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role is full-time and based in Petaling Jaya, with travel requirements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in corporate branding, brand management, or corporate communication.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and ensure corporate brand guidelines are followed across all departments and agencies.
  • Manage all brand assets, templates, and corporate identity materials.
  • Review internal and external materials to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
  • Support the development of corporate narratives, key messages, and brand-driven communication materials.
  • Coordinate corporate campaigns, brand launches, internal branding activities, and group-level initiatives.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and corporate communications team to ensure brand-aligned execution.
  • Competitors review on any unique brand narratives or campaign they are running.
  • Handle project documentation, reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative requirements.
  • Attend brand-related events and activities as and when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in corporate branding, brand management, or corporate communication.
  • Strong command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with branding tools is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Based in Petaling Jaya.
  • Full time & willing to travel as and when needed.
