Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans, assess company capabilities, and analyze data to support business and Facilities Management growth initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end product and technology development to ensure timely, cost-effective, and customer-focused delivery.
- Conduct market research, determine pricing strategies, and prepare proposals to support business expansion.
- Oversee project implementation to ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive process improvements, technology adoption, and staff capability enhancement within the team.
- Develop asset optimization and sustainability plans to improve efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
- Lead contract transition and mobilization activities in line with scope and agreed processes.
- Perform condition assessments and prepare lifecycle and budgetary plans for facility assets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- 4–8 years of total working experience, with at least 1–3 years in Property or Facilities Management.
- Strong leadership, management, and networking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical, creative, and enterprising mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Technology-driven and adaptable to digital solutions in facilities and asset management.
