To perform and assist in daily IT operational support.

Carrying out IT work practice, policy, procedures and routine in achieving IT functions and objective.

Design and generate report based on use requirements.

Assist and involve in application implementation.

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Execute test cases and analyse results.

Maintaining IT system to ensure smooth daily operation and providing technical support.

Work as part of the team to meet project targets and quality objectives.

Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to date.

Assist in any ad ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess with a minimum three (3) years\' of working experience in the similar position or related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Candidate must have SQL knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience or knowledge in web / application system support.
• To work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines.
• Working location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Education Requirements

Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any other equivalent qualifications.
