• Accountable for process definition, procedure, or process updates in collaboration with the IT Process owner.
• Responsible for the results of the respective process.

Your Profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented application development (Java, .NET, UML, Python, OData interfaces).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, e.g., in MVP design pattern, Eclipse RCP, Java Spring in SOA environments, Databases, Tableau.
• In-depth knowledge of system administration in Windows and Unix environments (including Shell, Perl).
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL V3 / ITIL 4.
• Understanding of operational stability to improve business results.
• Fluent English communication skills.
