A leading manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance production processes and improve product quality. The ideal candidate will conduct mold trials, develop and document new processes, and implement changes that satisfy customer needs. Responsibilities

• Conduct new mold trials for data evaluation.
• Develop, assess, and document new processes.
• Initiate product improvements to satisfy customer requirements.
• Implement changes to enhance product quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve equipment and material issues.
• Prepare and execute robotic programs for molding machines.
• Adhere to quality system requirements and focus on continuous improvement.

Conduct new mold trials to collect data needed for evaluation of process and troubleshooting of problems

Develop new processes, assess and document new and existing processes

Initiate Product Improvement - to improve process to achieve data that satisfies customer requirements

Implement and evaluate changes to existing processes designed to improve product quality, productivity and overall equipment efficiency

Work with equipment ana material vendors to resolve machine and material issues

Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate and shut down process related equipment. Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current molding issue

Prepare and execute robotic programs for molding machines (to increase efficiency by cutting down cycle time, etc)

Adhering to quality system requirements and a focus on continuous improvement in relationship to process set-ups

Any other duties as and when assigned.
