Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing Energy Performance Contract projects.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive technical reports.
• Recognition of competency certification in green building is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Counsel the Legal Department on agreement drafting to mitigate risks.
• Forecast CAPEX and OPEX budgets for energy efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on sustainability initiatives.
• Evaluate feasibility for reducing client carbon emissions through site visits.
• Lead Green Building initiatives and perform GAP Analysis against standards.
