Job summary

A leading electronics company in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced engineer to lead RFQs, organize product analysis, and engage in technical research during product development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, experience with Cadence OrCad, and be willing to travel internationally. Responsibilities

Skills

Proven track record in the design and development of Audio/Video products

Experience with Cadence OrCad

Familiarity with EE/RF simulation tools

Education

Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead RFQ and new assessments, organize technical feasibility reviews.
2. Organize or guide relevant personnel to conduct product demand analysis and outline design, and output outline design plans and design materials.
3. Engage in technical research and solve difficult problems in this professional field during product development.
4. Participate in product technology planning and pre-research, contribute to department standardization projects, and department competitiveness initiatives.
5. Organize the establishment of design specifications; assist supervisors in training and improving the capabilities of existing engineers, and summarize and consolidate the application of daily work.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, guide subordinates, and support employee growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Cadence OrCad, System Capture, and familiarity with EE/RF simulation tools.
• Proven track record in the design and development of Audio/Video products.
• Ability to travel abroad: China, Vietnam, Europe, US, and Japan.
