Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned strategic e-commerce accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, RedMart, Watsons Online, Guardian Online).
- Lead annual JBP negotiations, promotional planning, and campaign strategies with key marketplaces.
- Analyze and optimize sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing quality, pricing strategy, stock forecasting, assortment planning, fulfillment coordination, stock replenishment, listing updates, pricing alignment, and customer feedback management.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse/operations teams, finance, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Develop joint business and marketing initiatives with marketplace partners to drive visibility, conversions, and category growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Optimize media spend using key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, AOV, retention, and remarketing funnels.
- Oversee social media strategy, content direction, KOL/influencer/affiliate programmes and CRM plans.
- Provide digital insights to support product launches, consumer targeting, and brand positioning.
- Manage website traffic building, SEO/SEM optimization, and digital analytics reporting.
- Deliver weekly/monthly sales reports, marketing performance dashboards, and business reviews.
- Apply data-driven insights to improve conversion, forecast demand, and identify new opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty, health supplements, or consumer goods.
- Strong experience managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon).
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising tools.
- Proficient with analytics tools such as GA4, marketplace dashboards, Meta/Google reporting.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRM, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce P&L, margins, commissions, logistics costing, and marketplace profitability.
Location: Remote
Working hours: 5-day work week (8:30am to 6:00pm)
