Impact You Will Make
  • Promote and help maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Provide product and spares pricing information.
  • Quotations with required Terms and Conditions, including customer collateral requirements for evaluation, design and test upon request.
  • Assist Order Management Team on Quote related activities to proceed with order booking.
  • Serve as primary contact, internally and externally, for all customer specific issues.
  • Interact with other departments and other business units when applicable to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Prepare customer reports and metrics.
  • File documents as needed.
  • Perform other related projects as required.

In all areas of responsibility, the incumbent ensures that appropriate measures are in place which directly impact the health and safety of employees and the protection of the environment.

Performs work safely and in accordance with the EHS Policy, Procedures and provisions of the Standards, and reports any hazards discovered in the workplace with suggestions for corrective action.

Practices the 5S and waste segregation program, supporting activities on waste reduction, storm drain management, water and energy consumption reduction.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, accountancy, business management or other related fields.
  • Preferably two (2) years’ work experience in a technical sales environment. Background in a manufacturing setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written skills are a must.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with an average level of technical aptitude.
  • Computer literate to include MS Office. An accounting background and MRP experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and effectively as a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to operate in a multinational/international environment.
