A local agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated professional to manage inquiries and coordinate documentation. Responsibilities include handling client communications via various channels and ensuring timely follow-ups on payments and paperwork. Candidates should have at least SPM/Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential, along with strong communication and time management skills. Weekend shifts are required with additional allowances.
To handle inbound/outbound enquiries from Developer/Agency/Client (Email, WhatsApp or Phone Call)
To coordinate with related department on time to preparation document and signing scheduling
To follow-up on client payment
To update/check status & follow-up documents to banker/developer/related department
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Manager
Candidate must process at least SPM/Diploma
Minimum 3 years of related work experience (Provide training)
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English and BM
Good communication skills, computer literacy, time management and self-motivated
Able to work independently, work responsibility and under pressure of multi-tasks
Weekend shift (full day & shift allowance)
