Overview

The Senior Contracts Executive will manage the full spectrum of contract-related work, ensuring efficient and effective contract administration, cost control, and procurement processes. The role demands a high level of independence, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing contracts and subcontracts.
  • Monitor budgets, track variations, and manage change orders.
  • Assist with tender preparation, bid evaluations, and vendor coordination.
  • Identify risks and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet contractual deliverables.
  • Support the preparation and resolution of claims and disputes.
  • Undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by the management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E Engineering, or a related field.
