We are seeking a Senior Content Creator (Social Media) to lead social media and video content planning, production, and execution. This role involves managing creative direction, client needs, and internal production teams to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead content planning and execution for social media and video projects
• Oversee video pre-production and on-site production activities
• Conceptualise content, set creative direction, and manage budgets and timelines
• Manage client requests and participate in meetings and reviews
• Supervise content production teams (videographers, editors, designers, etc.)
• Track content performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and formats
• Support hiring, managing, and leading the content team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, social media, or video production
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Experience managing projects, teams, and multiple timelines
• Creative, organised, and client-focused
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
